SDTR Marine enters into a MOU with CCS to develop comprehensive solutions on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction
On 16 April 2024, SDTR Marine forged a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with CCS, igniting a partnership dedicated to fostering collaboration in the development of comprehensive solutions on greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reduction in the maritime industry.
Feasibility studies on alternative fuels, energy efficient technologies, and solutions of regulation compliance such as EEDI, EEXI, CII, potential IMO Mid-and long-term GHG reduction measures, EU ETS, FuelEU Maritime and other regulations will be analyzed between both parties. The goal of this agreement is to determine which solution(s) has the highest cost-effectiveness in curbing GHG emissions.
